In March, 2018, over than 40 representatives of PanDia distributors originating from 20 unique countries visited the PanDia Central American Field Day and Sales Meetings. During this time, the leaders of these distribution companies were able to see over 100 of PanDia’s commercial and semi-commercial varieties.

Distributors were able to meet directly with their PanDia sales representatives, learn from each other regarding how varieties are performing in other markets, and see products that will soon be arriving in the PanDia pipeline.

One full day was spent viewing PanDia’s numerous varieties, as well as visiting local growers and exporters. Another day was spent reviewing strategy, sales, and operations from PanDia, as well as leading PanDia distributors.

The event concluded with a state dinner hosted by the mayor of Honduras’ capital, Armando Calidonio Alvarado at the City Hall Banquet Area. A presentation was made by the Mayor, showcasing Honduras’ impressive natural resources, as well as a presentation by PanDia Seeds CEO, Franco Campana showcasing the progress that both San Pedro Sula and PanDia Seeds have made in recent years. The enthusiastic and energetic end to the event reflects the passion, optimism, and vision that the distributors carry back to their home countries– to provide PanDia’s outstanding genetics, premium quality, and outstanding service to growers, helping ensure the best possible productions in their local environments.
