A tried and trusted asparagus variety, originally developed at the University of California. Variety has early spears that are all-green, with tapering tight heads and high adaptability. Tolerant to Rust and Fusarium.

A open pollinated version of the hybrid which is lower quality, shows higher variability, and has less vigor, but is at a lower price-point due to lower production costs.
