Nutrient Deficiency Table

Often times, external factors effort a plant’s ability to grow and produce optimal yields. These may range from environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and rainfall, to agricultural practices such as irrigation, pesticide, and fertilizer applications, to growing conditions including the nutrients available in the soil.

The below table is to be used as a rough guide to help identify potential problem areas surrounding the micronutrients available to a plant in the soil. It is critical that plants not only receive proper fertilization of Nitrogen, Phosphorous, and Potassium, but also the other key micronutrients that plants need to grow and thrive.
